what about ep 5.5?

This is by far the weirdest show of the season. But I like it for some odd reason.

This show is great. My brain feels like it's gonna hemorrhage from trying to keep up with their conversations. I love it, and no wander it has no Genre attached. Very hard to place

For those of you who are unsure how to classify this genre of anime, allow me to tell you...Bakemontagari is what we in the writing business like to call a "Dark Comedy." Something which presents dark and brutal aspects in a comedic light, often involving sparse but violent and epic action, many metaphors and subtle quirky humor, and a lot of overtones of sexual tension. Think of it like a goth's Ecchi (keep in mind emo's are goth wannabees, and goth's are just dark punks). In any case this is the first Anime ive seen as a dark comedy, Sayonara Outsubou Sensei is another one, but i myself have not watched that. In any case I love dark comedies.
