This is just a hunch but i think koogy may have announced about his manga carrier, knowing whoever was also participating would probably try their hardest in creating a new manuscript, thus pushing them to the limit to get great results then entering his own which wasnt very good? haha i dunno why he would do that? but . . . aww i dunno >.< stupid answer i know haha
