The first episodes are great. The history line I believe is very good. I hope that the rest of the episodes are as good as this first ones

little confused how did he have a sister in the first episode that was still alive if he is 200 years old

Oneloveson. He could of been adopted into a family. Or he could of simply had a relationship with the women that was close enough to be called a sister. You dont need to be blood to be family.

Onii-san, even though it translates literally as big brother, can also be used to call an older man with whom one has great intimacy such as childhood friends.
