if the red head girl heals by rejecting/reversing the wounds, then ichigo shouldn't get any stronger... you gain strength through exp so, if you take away that exp...

I think she creates some kind of paradox that allows for the reversal in healing, there by keeping the memory gained and no lose in exp through rejection (because if you notice how she uses the technique, it is a local centered use, not as a whole engulfing surrounding, although she probably could, with that said still the technique allows for reversing in a local state while time still flows forward forwards, thus allowing exp to remain..does that make sense?

I'm pretty sure she rejects the state of the object. Like, I guess when you're not injured, the object (in this case, the body) is in a perfect state, but when it gets damaged, it becomes imperfect. I think what her ability does is reject the damages to the object, making into a perfect state again. I think that's right o_O I'm not sure... it has something to do with time aswell... when she heal Grimmjow's arm and scar... I think she can reject to a certain point in time. I've been wondering about her ability, whether it has the power to raise people from the dead, or the power to turn people

Yeah, that's true. Kenpachi and Nnoitra, both rely on brute strength. Kurotsuchi and Szayel Apporo, the researchers. Byakuya and Zommari, I don't know, but they seem very similar :D
