WTF mistake in this episode! Ren took damage from Dailander and got a critical trigger.... he should have gotten a 5k power boost to his vanguard, but the next attack which was 7k strong hit in to him -.- so stupid mistake

not a mistake because the critical only boosts the atk power and not the shield power, so even if he boosted his vanguard it wouldn't change anything, because the vanguard wasn't standing/atk mode he was in shield/def mode; for that what you said he would needed a stand trigger
