Death Note Episode 37

awesome show. didnt really like the ending but still this show was very awesome and i hope theirs more shows like this one

wow he died...... was hoping that he would die in a more honorable way or go mad and kill random people and then get killed....... anyways awesome show especially the twists.

Dont like the ending. It wasn't even his fault, he should've won :/

ehhhhh it wasn't the best ending....but the plot was really good.....

best ending? The ending was terrific, it brought up so many questions in my mind and I got the best feeling as the music played over light's countenance. (facial expression) especially with L above him. I could write an entire paper on this but I truly loved the ending and the entire show in its entirety. the only thing I hated about the ending, well, was the ending. seeing something special end is so depressing. ^_^

Light went nuts

man! light lasted a long time agenst the whole world! but he went crazy he made the kishin from soul eater look almost sane, and THATS saying a lot.

I hate the ending....Ryuuk is too "caring" in the anime. The way he killed Light in the manga is much better ^^ and I used to love Light..the guy was a genius ffs...but that crying and yelling scene was just off-character >.>

this was really good, the middle few episodes were a bore but the end totally redeemed that. i was hoping light would come out on top but ryuuk killing him was pretty beast

I thought the ending was great. Light was indeed warned that those who use the notebook end up miserable. Im not surprised he went crazy. In a span of a few minutes, his worst fear came true. He went from being Justice to being Evil; from God to nothing.

As for Ryuuk, Im not familiar with the manga, but it sounds like he was more sadistic there. Personally, I prefer him as an apathetic observer who is neither thrilled nor appalled by the taking of life. In a way, he was like us: more interested in the unfolding plotline.

I honestly thought Light would win, it would have been better if he did.
But still, it was a good ending.

damn it, the ending was tragic and sad very, first time a anime made me cry, i feel soooooo sorry for misa :(

I don't like the ending,but it was great....Light rocks ..... I tought he will win ! It wasn't even his fault....But only I didn't like how he went nuts but its okay....I feel sorry for Misa too......

Omfg, wow ending was insane...very dark and depressing. I love Light i wish he would have won. No one will understand what he went through for Justice in his own mind i thought was at the least interesting. I feel soo sorry for Misa such a cute girl lol. Hands down one of my favorite anime and is an instant classic :D

its all (x-kera) falt. if he had not wrote down her name they would not now it was a fake. They should make a movie where it starts on the last ep. and they die and he DOSE become a god of the new world

he had the right idea it was sad thow they should deffinty make a movie

it' s a verry good ending, death note was insane. I don' t think any anime can surpass this.
