hitomi is a ****ty character, and if she were a real person she'd be in my 'least favorite basket'

i used to think hitomi was whiny and obnoxious too, but every time i watch this series i see something i didnt before. she has an ability that most people dont have. most people cant express their emotions clearly and it causes a lot of conflict. she is also able to understand the feelings of others, another thing most people are unable to do, and probably the reason viewers find it so easy to reject hers.

besides, she's an adolescent. and if youre not one, you know how they are.

Every time I watch this episode, it kind of breaks my heart. To understand/feel all those emotions, I wonder how Hitomi hasn't gone mad already. Yes, she is a bit whiny and indecisive at times, but what she's experiencing is not expected of her.
