King Arthur is depicted as Queen Arturia, although still carrying the title of "king" and not "queen" probably because of sexist viewpoints (in that time period; the British public may not have accepted a queen). So yes, King Arthur is depicted as a girl in the anime (Arturia is a character influenced by the tale of King Arthur).
