Magus sheet Spoiler Name: Creus Marak Setesh Age:27 Appearance: Personality: Driven and devoted,he will always give his all for the task he dedicated himself to.He loves kids and became a teacher to help them find their path.But he will be strict with them when they break the rules,its not that he believes in the rules,as much as he believes that breaking rules in ignorance of the consequences isn't something that should be done. Creus was born into a ten generation magus family. Creus`s childhood was a normal one as his parents decided to be just that,parents.When he was 7 years old,they told him the family secret and said that they`d teach him if he wanted to learn.Creus was happy ,and quickly took to the path of the magus and never regretted his decision.
Seth took to his studies seriously,never letting something go until he understood it,and never moving to the next experiment until he finished the current one.At the age of 12 he found Alchemy,and never stray`d from it,finding it to be his second nature.When his parents finished transferring the Magic crest,he told them about his desire to study Alchemy,and at the best possible institute,Atlas.
His parents were hesitant at first but remembering their decision to put parenting above the path of the magus,they decided that they couldn't impose on their son decision if he was so dead set on it.After graduating middle school,he went to Atlas where he was accepted as a regular student by the teachers,but was somewhat despised by his classmates for his potential in regular magecraft.
Despite the lack of friends,Creus took the teachings of Atlas at heart and began research in ether clumps,manipulation through Alchemy and materialization through projectors.Throughout the years, he perfected his projectors shrinking them and shaping them into gauntlets and weaponizing them till they reached their final form,Apep and Ammut.Although his research went smoothly,Creus found himself wanting more,he was just going through life without a goal,without a purpose,his sole occupations being his studies and his research.
One night,while strolling around the faculty building,he meet another student,a girl looking out at the full moon,he couldnt help but strike a conversation with her and they ended up talking for a few hours,in which he found the girls decisiveness to be her dominant feature,before going back to his room feeling better.The following night,Creus found himself walking down the halls again hoping to meet that girl again.When he found her in the same place,they started talking again while looking out at the moon.
Half way through,Creus turned to face the girl, his eyes narrowing to study her reaction and expression, and asked her"Whats your goal in life?".
The girl,noting his serious demeanor turned towards him and answered without hesitation"To leave my mark on the world.To be remembered"
After hearing her answer Creus opened his mouth to voice the futility but closed it before any words came out,out of all the people he meet so far, he felt that she was most likely to succeed,in any case,she wouldn't give up on it,plus,the idea of leaving his mark on the future resounded with him too.After a small pause he talked again,"So is that why you came to Atlas?To be close to the competition?"
"Yes" the girl said,"Makes it easier to sabotage them,not that their worth it yet."
With that said, they went back to menial conversation,though at the end,Creus asked"Do you come here often?"
To which she answered in a nonchalant manner while shrugging her shoulders"No, i was just walking around yesterday when i got captured by the view"
The answer piqued his interest causing him to raise an eyebrow as he looked as her from the side,"Then how come i found you here toni---." he stopped himself as he realized he was letting information he didnt wanna share, slip.With five thought partitions,you`d figure one of them would pull the warning signs before it`d happen,and stopping halfway through the sentence would only make it easier to notice that he didnt wanna share.
The girl did make a point to show that she noticed his slip-up but also showed that it wasnt that big of a deal to her"So you were looking for me too?I was just out to spy on the competition,but you`re no threat.At least yet...You seem to lack purpose"
Creus relaxed when he saw that the girls reaction wasn't a bad or exaggerated one,and gave his answer to the subsequent statement"I might lack purpose,but i think talking to you again just made me find one...I just need to see how to go about it."
"Isn't that the reason you were looking for me?Isn't that the reason we were having this conversation?"she said with a smug smile on her face"I might've said i`d sabotage the competition,but no competition at all is no fun...".As she turned and walked away she also said"Anyway,lets meet up again sometime,I`ll have to keep a close eye on you it seems."
With his purpose in mind Creus went back to his room and thought up the best way he could leave his mark on the future,becoming a teacher.During the next years, he furthered his studies to become a teacher of Alchemy,all the while meeting with the girl and eventually married her.At the age of twenty three,he got the teaching position he wanted and set about leaving his mark on the future by inspiring the young generations.
A year later,he rose to the position where he was in charge of the student disciplinary committee,a place to better further his ambitions of inspiring youth,with the bonus of also setting them back on the right path.
A few years later,because of his skill in combat,the Director made him the person in charge of dealing with Atlas`s dirty work,and in accordance with the Atlas custom,he adopted the name of Setesh,which came with the position.After the ritual was started,the Director of Atlas called him in his office and informed Creus of the entire situation and what was likely to become of it before giving him a mission.To go to the place where the ritual was set up,and find a way to turn it off,but as Creus was about to leave the office, he also said that he trusts Creus`s judgment in doing whats right,saying that he knows that whatever Creus will do will be right.
Angel Rank: Path: Reason: As per his mission,Once Creus arrives in New Rome, he will find out what happened with the ritual and reshape the new world to how the old one was,but removing Gaia`s contract with Type-Moon and the Aristoteles as a result Origin: Determination Attributes: Lightning Magic Crest: He mostly uses two of the spells in the crest,Simplified repetitive incantations and the ten count Indra`s Judgment,an extraordinarily powerful lightning strike which turns the surrounding air into plasma, he uses to kill enemies after he binds them with his chains Mystic Eyes: no Mystic Codes: a pair of gauntlets that shape ether clumps in the shape of chains.
The right gauntlet,Apep, forms four half an inch thick chains,which he uses to attack quickly and precisely,they are not very resilient but they can be reformed relatively quickly.The left gauntlet Ammut, forms four one inch thick chains which he uses for binding and defense purposes,their very resilient,but slower to reform when broke.The chains are moved and manipulated into simple patterns through the use of Alchemy Magecraft: Alchemy(Thought partition 5 sections) List of spells: none
