Well not exactly the same Oro was just twisted and hung up on immortality and learning every jutsu no matter what the cost it was to others. Sasuke wanted power to get revenge, and Oro called him soft because Sasuke did not kill innnocent people. It is only recently that Sasuke snapped and his reason is still different from Oro's.

Jiriaya kept tabs on Oro but he did not chase him trying to save him, he excepted that Oro was beyond saving.

Tsunade went through a lot more pain in her life losing people then Sakura at least at this point but if they do end up the same, then that means both Sasuke and Naruto will die. Tsunade never had a crush on Oro either unlike Sakura does with Sasuke.

They are similiar but not exactly the same and this time things have to be different so I think Naruto will change Sasuke. They still may both die though.
