maybe u might want to look at that as an alternative, chrome also has extensions that work pretty much like add-ons, and if u do switch id highly recommend ad-block (blocks all banner, and youtube ads, as well as the ones on vids, and this highly speeds up loading/tab switching times)

Chrome is for the facebook generation aka kids
ATM I have 26 tabs opened in firefox with plugin activated like ftp and some vids downloader tools on a macbook air with only 2GB of memory ...... that works well without lag ! (firefox + plugin container using 500MB of mem)
That why I ask him to check other stuff.
