also i think that the fourth is actually pein.. i think that the fourth was restricted from all the power he could have and the fact that he was always fighting in wars.. so he pretended his death with madara uchiha.. who could summon the nine tail fox.. and then with that help he pretended to die so that he could leave and start the akatsuki so that they could rule and stop all wars and fighting in the world.. cuz isnt that wat the fourth wanted? no more wars.. and madara does order around pein sometimes.. so if the fourth was helped by madara to fake his death it would be most obvious that they knew each other.. and i think his appearance as the fourth was just a cover.. and the fourth could teleport.. and isnt his telepathy jutsu that lets them all see each other to do the ritual a sort of branch off of teleportation.. ehh ehh isnt that an amazing theory
