It depends a lot on what kind of humour you like best. I think the drama with the most intelligent and hilarious lines is Secret Garden, whose comic side is based more on what is said than on funny events.
I would say Hana Kimi and Stand Up!! for Japanese Dramas are hilarious all the way through.
I also laughed like crazy with Don Quixote, which has a mixture of serious and over the top situations which is to my liking.

I'm not entertained by slapstick humour, therefore some dramas which are considered funny fall flat for me on the humour department (the hong sisters' humour, for instance, is not my cup of tea).
