I think we are required to say Ichigo b/c he has soul reaper & hollow powers, but we've never seen Kyoraku's bankai and he did defeat the #1 espada so that's saying something. I feel like him and maybe Ukitake have some pretty cool hidden power and we've never seen their full release of spirit power.
