I'd say initial attraction is almost 99% looks(blind people not counting). Personality is a factor in having the relationship stick around. Depending on how strong the look attraction is. A woman with amazing looks, can be a lot more annoying in personality than others. And the same in reverse goes for a woman with a good personality but lesser looks.
