i would take Revy from Black Lagoon. Or maybe balalika.
reasons:
both are pretty much the most BADASS women you could find in the anime world (plus the killer bodies)
Revy has to work alot but her skills are Off the Hook.
Balalika~ she may not be hot as shit but shes a mafia boss, has a huge orginization AND riches beyond belief.
I dunno who to pick from the both....
