re: Open Film Discussion
alright, i am going to honor the first post with what is close to my favorite movie of all time : For A Few Dollars More; this was the second in the trilogy know as the "dollars", in which all three films have the same hero, but not quite. The hero in all three movies is of course played by Clint Eastwood, in For A Fistful Of Dollars, he is Amigo, in For A Few Dollars More, he is Monco, and in The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly, he is Blondie.
The Hero's character being the same person, yet with different names, eludes to him being dubbed "The Man With No Name".
The plot of for a few dollars more is a tale of when bounty hunters travels the barren plains hunting bounty heads. in FFDM two accomplished bounty hunters cross paths and go through some normal alpha-male behavior until they decide to join forces to bring down a posse of bounty heads from both the inside and the outside. it turns out that one of the bounty hunters has more than money to collect, maybe, honor.
the end of the movie is an undying and epic testament of justice, and closure and is the very reason i love this movie and i even started to like westerns, i love this movie and watch it at least once a month.
