We would like to announce that <strong>Animecrazy Fansubs</strong> are now recruiting <strong>Translators</strong>, encoders, timers, and distributors.

To be able to apply,
<strong>Translators JAP-ENG</strong>
They will need to
1. Speak fluently or at a conversation level
2. Have free time to be able to work at least once a week
It would be even better if they could read Kanji.

<strong>Encoders</strong>
They will need to

1. Have a background in encoding
2. Know how to use Virtual dub (and preferrably know how to use avisynth)
3. Know how to encode in MeGui
4. Have a fast internet connection in downloading and uploading.(important)
5. Have good fast cpu(post specs here)
6. To be online when needed.
If you don't know how to encode there are tutorials if you are interested.

<strong>Timers</strong>
They will need to
1. know how to use Aegisub.
3. Know how to use templates.
4. Be online when needed.

<strong>Distro</strong>
They will need to
1. Know how to put up torrents
2. Have a high upload speed (speedtest.net results here)
3. Need to know how to use basic Virtualdub for cutting and pasting
4. Be online when needed
As for distro, we can take in large number of members.
