he's definitely strong, vasto lord im not so sure about, and retarded, YES! But as far as gauging exactly where he is among the other espada, not really sure, maybe he is the '0 espada', only time will tell
he seems stronger than most espada considering he never looks like he's trying. one thing is for certain, he is a BA butterfly chaser.
