I knew that the anime isn't up on AC because it's ecchi,but I thought that discussing the manga should be fine

Fate is watching this fight,I think he was very annoyed when he saw how much Negi improved,but what will he do now when he sees negis ultimate magic
and I wonder if Negi is strong enough now to defeat Fate

Kotarou looks awesome in that form
