Okay..I did some research..and this drama is a subbing project of the Timelesssub team. Thank you guys!
I checked their page and there was an update of the subbing projects from the 1st of May.
So apparently the status of BOSS on 2009-05-01 was:
"BOSS [HS]
Ep. 1 ~ Typesetting
Ep. 2 ~ Typesetting
Ep. 3 ~ Timing"

So it is not an abandoned show...yay!
