This manga is, well... crack.
It's available on OneManga, so you can read a little summery there, but here's what I have to say about it.
The manga was done by a guy, who used to be...an assistant or a student of that other guy who does FAIRY TAIL (oh the irony of the awesome manga flow: DBZ=>OnePiece=>FairyTail=>This Manga)
The storyline is hard to describe...actually...

Imagine if LUFFY was a girl. Imagine if ZORO was...well, Zoro, but with brown-blond hair
And imagine how Luffy-girl one day meets Zoro and the crack adventure begins X)

A girl, with crack ideas and a scary past and even scarier dreams, stalking a guy with an absolutely 'gtfo' attitude.
Did I mention she goes as far as stalking in the toilet? So... a full of weird ideas Megane-girl (megane = glasses) trying to drag a super-yankee-boy into her messed up world
