Okay, I just checked out wikipedia, and I'm more confused than ever . THanks for the lightning fact though -- I love that kind of stuff. Anyway, it appears that the speed of the leader of lightning moves at 60,000 mph. However, the particles that make up lightning don't move even close to lightspeed because they move at drift velocity ang get all clogged up with each other, but the electromagnetic wave moves through the particles at light speed. So the particle's themselves really only move at about 3 inches an hours, the leaders moves at 60,000 mph, and the electromagnetic energy/wave moves at light speed. So after educating myself... I have no idea how fast Enel can move... but if we count him as an electromagnetic wave (which would be reasonable), then they're both the same speed.
