I don't think so.
There will be a Gokusen movie to be released on July 11th and that will be the last time Nakama Yukie will play the role of Yankumi. The movie has a lot of the old cast back (I can't waitt~!)
If there will be a 4th season, Yankumi is no longer the teacher. Frankly, I don't think it would be Gokusen without her.
