They don't come close to WW or Stark, I agree, but they're not nearly as far off as Demora(weird proportions, way too large, general hollow-ish behaviour).
Funny thing is, Grimmjow looks perfectly human except for his mask, I could easily mistake him for a shinigami, and Szayel... well he had high Int so his chances of a successful human form were greater, Grimmy is either smarter than he seems or just plain lucky. |

I think Grimmjow and ichigo , could be like ichaku whit kempachi , start like enemy and became friends.
