For Hero Usopp, hes the weakest member of the crew he is only really good a ranged attacks and and a lot of the time takes way more damage than Zoro, Sanji, or Luffy but he keeps fighting on.

For Villain I would say Buggy, well because hes a clown for one i like his crew and hes not a villain that is defeated and goes away forever.
