I wouldn`t see Ichigo as a bodyguard or male model or professional kick boxer ...first of all...u connected to many male characters from bleach with these areas...
than,Ichigo actually likes studying so he would want to do something smart,and his sister seems way more passionate of soccer than him,and he is not at all the type to model...
while having something of a leader...well the most fitting role for him is as a shinigami,thou I don`t think he would even want to become a captain or,considering his carring nature and sympathy for kids...he could be the head of a children extra club...
while Renji with his allure...I see him more in the Yakuza honestly,while Orihime a housewife and Rukia a popular and monden leader of a trend magazine or smthg...
Uryu would for sure be like his dad,even he won`t admit it...(but don`t think cooler than him...
)
Kenpachi would own and couch angst teens in a fight club with Ikkaku and Ganju and Yumichika would be the model or beauttcian
Urahara must be a smart and strong bussiness-man,or politician going to the exclusivist classic club Byakuya would own and dating Yoruichi(that would make Soi Fon really gelous...u could presume the reason..
)
Chad would be the bodyguard for sure
And Hytsugaya would be the professional soccer player(and maybe married with the quick tempered Ichigo`s lil`sis)
Aizen(whom u didn`t mentioned) must be the best mob leader,charming and calculated or into politics maybe)
