Basically what was said on the previous page, though you're making it sound as if his hollow side really is vasto lorde level, when we've only seen him beat number 4 who is uncomparable to the higher-ups, hence no exact way to rank his power, making it very difficult to claim he's either this or that.
As i said further up, I don't think he's at that level yet.
