Well the problem is good old Ulqy was using city busting attacks while Stark and Barragain haven't shown any hint of that kind of destructive force. Also no one knew Ulqy had a second release. He could very well have been stronger than the top 3 Espada. Ichigo's hollow demonstrated its capable of casually making the best of the best Sonido user look slow and grab the most destructive attack in Bleach to date bare handed and crush it like a grape. Not to sound like a raging fan boy (because I really am not) but so far in terms of direct raw power and potential he's shown more than any Espada and as a preemptive statement it's looking like his physical feats are going to be similar to WW's casual hand through chest bit.
Because of all this circumstantial evidence it looks like Ichigo's hollow may not be a Vasto Lorde but it looks like it might be uncannily similar.
