Just because they don't physically
hit objects with the same force, doesn't make them any less powerful.
Remember, there's 4 styles of fighting.
And they haven't even started yet, whilst Ulquiorra was working at 100%.
What I'm saying, is that a strong adjucha could probably fight on par with a mediocre captain, but shinigamify it, and give it bankai, and it could probably beat a vasto lorde arrancar w/o either sword stages.
