heros: Franky because he is very funny, Sanji because the way he acts around the ladies and Zoro because i think he has the coolest fighting stile and Portgas D. Ace because he is just imba!!!
Villains: Crocodile was pretty cool and as a villain Spandam was ooooh so F*ing nasty lol ! some times i just wished i could go there and kick his ass myself ^^
oh and i also want to mention Chopper couse he always makes me laugh when someone compliments him :P
sry if i cant choose just one for each but thats how it is
