Absolute Boyfriend - Okaeri by Ayaka
Hana Kimi - Ikenai Taiyou by ORANGE RANGE (Peach was ok too but =P)
Hotaru no Hikari - Yokogao by Aiko
Anego - KISS or KISS by Nina Kitade (looove this one haha)
Yamada Tarou Monogatari - HAPPINESS by Arashi =D (hashiri dase!)
Ryusei no Kizuna - Beautiful Days by Arashi
Love Shuffle - Fantasy by Earth, Wind & Fire (even the song isn't japanese, it was so funny! and it became addicting with the show haha)
and even though i mostly hated Mei-chan no Shitsuji, that was a great theme song.
