I think they kinda told the audience that they love each other, since 4th wife went to Shanghai and stayed with Chai gou till he died, in that era, china is way too conserved to allow any male and female to stay together without being husband and wife.. so what they did has to be because they loved each other~
老虎搶親 aka "A bride for a ride" :- I can't stand watching it XD.. The way they acted the drama is so old black and white HK drama style... and the plot is just crazy... so not quite my cup of tea :P
