Tactics? He's just an idiot who swings his sword wildly. He should take a note from his Hollow, and swing his sword by the wrapping every now and then. For his bankai, I dunno, how about using that speed to actually dodge? It seems even when he does go bankai, no one has any problems hitting him, even if the opponent is in shikai.
