What the heck is the situation with that pink haired girl that's always riding around on Kenpachi's shoulder? I mean she's vice captain of the most vicious squad (even the 3rd seat has bankai) and she's just a retarded kid. She never even fights.

It'd be hilarious if the series ended with her showing up and killing Aizen in one strike.
