Description: Essentially a water-based shakaho the user creates a water-based ball of kido energy that explodes with ice on contact, the attack is a ball of water before it makes contact if it comes into contact with anything, including other kido it will instantly explode with ice. The power of this attack also increases with the rank of the person using it.
