ikkaku wont take captain seat unless Kenpachi dies and he becomes 11th squad captain.
Anyway it depends .. I would say Renji has a good chance since he can use Bankai (would be good if he got a small power up or more control over his bankai). Hisagi seems ready to become a captain in every aspect besides the Bankai part.
