Quincies may use any type of bow they wish and also have access to the quincy final form via an items that is presented to them called "God's Glove" it will allow a quincy to enter final form (form when the quincy gauntlet is removed) without causing them to loose their quincy powers altogether giving them supreme powers with their arrows for 2 turns. Afterwards, however they will be robbed of their powers for 4 turns.
It is also possible to become a quincy hybrid which is a shinigami with some quincy powers, training is offered by hitsu, post in the discussion first.
