You aren't moving around while you download this, right? Maybe you're getting a timeout for some reason.... And it happens on other files, too? Have you tried Internet Explorer? Just to see if it may be a Firefox issue or even a DownThemAll? |
Strangley enough the original download i just wanted to complete, finally did the last 4% when it had timed out, i left it for a few hours then hit resume. I really expected it to stop again but i got lucky
Usually the resume button just said 0 bytes for download speed and it would eventually time out, regardless of other downloads going. I tried a few mirrors for the file but all same result, and the mirrors are reliable ones like rapidshare and filefront etc.
Theres no wi-fi connections in the area and I'm on a desktop though so arent moving around. I heard something about downloads stopping before because of the huewei dongles switching from 3g mode to HPDSA (or something like that) but I havent found any options to keep it on a certain connection anywhere.
