I voted Naruto!
I'm not so sure if any are over rated but IMO it would be Naruto that'd be most over rated if any.
Bleach was awesome even with fillers untill the fillers appeared in the middle of the climax....
One Piece is funny though its always so dramatic in battles
Naruto is always edging for an epic battle and then when it finally gets there its really not that "epic"...
