Possible, however I think it's unlikely that Kisuke ordered Isshin to have a kid just to defeat Aizen. Especially under the circumstances that he's a genius.

I like to think Isshin was the holder of the hogyoku prior to Rukia, and just happened to have children while he was on earth hiding it. The royal guard theory alligns with that somewhat. As Aizen would keep track of anyone in the gotei as he did Rukia.
