I'd definitely have to go with personality. You could be the most beautiful woman or the most handsome man in the world, but if you have a crappy personality then the attraction's gonna wear off easily. Of course, looks play an important role as well, after all, you can't really be with someone that you have a problem looking at for a prolonged period of time.
