personality-He has a cold heart type of personality, he dosnt care much for the lifes of others, he would use people to get what he wants
history- once a elite ninja for the snow nation, killed team in a mission and never returned to the village. Now trying to gain an army big enough to conquer the old snow village then will rise and rule over it to make it become the strongest shinobi nation of all of them.
