Luffy out of strawhats and Ace (I just can't choose which one I like better)
Luffy is full of life and energy and an amazing fighter) Ace is simply amazing
Villian:
Well, im not sure if Shanks is a villian, but if he is he is my fav)) He is the same airhead as Luffy, but can be serious when needed.
Im also quite curious about BlackBeard. After ep #325 of course
