Yeah they may like the powers they have recieved and are going to assist Aizen. That would be a pretty sweet, albeit unliked on my part, plot twist. They haven't shown any kind of relation to kisuke and in fact kisuke talked about how they were recruiting Ichigo when he was chatting with Isshin.
