Well yeah, they can. I almost hope they do.
How many time people skip reading and go right to what they wanted to do? How many time people know they doing something wrong but decide to do it anyway? If someone was stoling something you made and use it for a purpose you absolutly didnt wanted... after countless of time you asked them to stop... wouldnt you be tempted to just stop it all together?
I've had my art and my work stolen from me before. There nothing more frustrating, depressing and I can say I actually got very angry. You feel helpless and you hate yourself so much for it, specially when the person turn arround, laugh at you and say "what you gonna do about it? nothing, you can't do nothing..."

I don't agree. This isn't like having your work stolen. Dattebayo gets the credit everytime. Its not like people are stealing their subs and saying oh i did it i did it. People just post it on youtube etc saying dattebayo subbed it here you go for all those of you who dont know how to use torrents.
