I mean they are basically the same person, lets see a list of their personal attributes.

Lazy? check
Annoying subordinate? check
Would like to avoid fighting if possible? check
fastest of their kind? check
both have kickass goatees? check

see, kubo tite does this all the time, look at yumichika and that coolhorn fellow both have this obsession with beauty and it creates a kind of weird bond between the opponents.
