I find it useless. A better idea would have been creating a forum or a sub-forum in The Lounge for serious topics such as Politics for instance. It doesn't have to be restricted to politics though. Discuss the environment--basically anything that calls for a serious discussion. (This, by the way, does not include many of yahoo's articles that aren't really needed.)
Then The Lounge could be full of "general discussion" threads which include chat threads, polls and pretty much most of The Lounge threads. |
