I'd go with the Macbook. It may be expensive but imo it's worth it.

I got my self a 2 years old Macbook from a friend and it still doesn't have a little tiny problem. Plus, Macbooks are fine for games the only problem is the variety of them but since you want CS: Source which is supported, there won't be a problem.
