I would say Sasuke because he has the amatarasu, mengeko sharingan and susano. Lelouch on the other hand has the eye that can control the minds of people. Both are guniuses and I would say it's a close fight. It also depends on who can outsmart who and the condition or area they be fightin. Just sayin^_^
